This Fall Mound Street Yoga will offer beginning meditation practice for students wishing to deepen and broaden their embodiment of yoga. As asana practice is one branch of an eight fold yogic path, meditation is an other. This class will help students develop concentration (dharana), kindness in thoughts (ahimsa) toward self and others, and the ability to rest into the peaceful awareness of body and mind. This offering is for both seasoned and beginning yoga students.
