Introduction to Yoga, an 8-week series, is designed for beginners to build a strong foundation, in a comfortable setting, for continued growth. Each session will explore fundamental yoga postures and breathing techniques. Participants will learn tools to build strength and flexibility, release accumulated tension and cultivate a calm steadiness of mind. Drop-ins are reserved for individuals who have previously attended the series.
