Chi Kung: This deceptively simple 18 Lohan Hands Chi Kung practice will help dynamize the body's internal energy source and will help to cultivate a quiet, relaxed, but awakened focus. A centered, tranquil and alert mind is an essential foundation for achieving robust health, physical prowess, enlightened consciousness and a joyous life. These are meditative approaches rooted in the physical realm. This class will benefit students at all levels, from beginners to longtime chi kung practitioners. Beginners, please arrive at 1:30.
